Dingwall Sheriff Clerk to Be Investigated About Theft.
(October 01, 2010)The web-site has today been informed that a complaint has been sent to the Northern Constabulary about Ken Kerr sheriff Clerk depute at Dingwall.
The complaint registered is that on or around the 3rd of August 2010 a sum of money in cash was delivered to Mr Kerr for a motion under rule 15 .
Mr Kerr has denied receiving or taking the cash from the envelope.
This is the third complaint that has been made about Ken Kerr in the last twelve months.
