Aviemore Highland Resort administrator On Holiday (June 19, 2009)
The web-site has been informed that Bruce Cartwright of Price Waterhouse the Administrators of Aviemore Highland Resort was on holiday when he accepted an offer to sell the assests of the company .
Although there was an exclusion indemnity for the sale of these assets they were all bought in one hour.
The web-sites legal source stated " If any matter looks like a sophisticated swindle this does"
Bank of Scotland have lost £50 Million and the HIE £6.9 Million.There will be no dividend payable to any class of creditor.
The Bank of Scotland is 50% owned by the public.
