Northern Constabulary Fail to Investigate Torture at Dingwall Command. (June 18, 2009)

The web-site has today been informed that a complaint lodged in 2007 by a Paul Macdonald has still to be answered.Mr Macdonald alleges that on or around 2006 he was urinated on by Supt David o Connor and also waterboarded at Dingwall Police station.The victim had cause to report a Constable Pickett based at Ardgay Sutherland in matters of telephonic abuse and blackmail.Both Supt O Connor and Pickett were transferred after the complaint was lodged.
