Deputy Chief Constable Sweeps Evidence Under carpet
(September 25, 2008)Following an Nine month investigation into Blackmail and other matters DCC Adam Sutherland has swept the results under the carpet in favour of his officers
Chief Inspector Andrew Maclean ,accused the complainer of being deluded if he believed any of the Northern Constabulary was involved.Any discrepancies were simply attributed to mistakes made in their statements.
The DCC still refuses to meet with the Complainer and has delegated this To Chief Supt Stewart who also refuses to meet..
